The automatic wake-up function
The automatic wake-up function
Introduction
When the system has not been active for a while, the system goes into the sleep
mode. If the automatic wake-up is enabled, the system wakes up automatically when
new jobs arrive. If the automatic wake-up function is disabled, you must press the
On/Off button
at the machine to wake up the system. By factory default, the
automatic wake-up function is disabled.
Before you begin
1.
Open your web browser.
2.
Enter the URL of the Océ Smart Imager in your web browser.
3.
Select the 'Key operator' mode or the 'System administrator' mode.
4.
Enter the required PIN or password.
How to enable the automatic wake-up function
1.
Click the 'Settings' tab.
2.
Click 'Power management'.
3.
Click the check box for 'Enabled' in the 'Automatic wake-up' field.
A check mark indicates that the automatic wake-up function is enabled.
4.
Click 'Apply'.
How to disable the automatic wake-up function
1.
Click the 'Settings' tab.
2.
Click 'Power management'.
3.
Uncheck the check box for 'Enabled' in the 'Automatic wake-up' field.
An empty check box indicates that the automatic wake-up function is disabled.
4.
Click 'Apply'.
