Set a protective PIN
Introduction
The automatic wake-up protection and the operator panel lock on the Océ
VarioPrint
®
2100/2110 use the same PIN (Personal Identification Number). After
you enabled the 'Automatic wake-up' The automatic wake-up function on page 53
and the 'Protect wake-up and lock operator panel' function Protect the automatic
wake-up on page 54 , you need to set this PIN in the Océ VarioPrint
®
2100/2110
Settings Editor.
Before you begin
1.
Open your web browser.
2.
Enter the URL of the Océ Smart Imager in your web browser.
3.
Select the 'Key operator' mode or the 'System administrator' mode.
4.
Enter the required PIN or password.
How to set a PIN
1.
Click the 'Settings' tab.
2.
Click 'Power management'.
3.
Enter a number from of maximum 5 digits in the 'PIN' text box.
4.
Click 'Apply'.
