Print a job from the 'Mailbox' or 'Memory'
Introduction
Task for operators
You can start a job from the 'Mailbox' and the 'Memory'.
When you open the mailbox view or memory view ('Mailbox' or 'Memory'), you can
see the following.
■
The new jobs.
■
The done jobs.
Note:
The done jobs have a check mark and are below the new jobs.
Star arrow keys
When the list of jobs is longer than the screen, the number of jobs outside the view
is displayed. Use the star arrow keys
to scroll through the list of jobs.
Options
You can do the following actions on the jobs in the memory or mailbox.
