Setting Processing Conditions and Entering Layout Data

Setting WD (width of the alignment scale)
Press the WD numeric button to display the ten-
key pad. Enter any value and press the
but-
ton.
The numeric value can also be
entered by the jog dial.
The numeric value can be entered in increments of 0.5 mm.
For details, see “1.3.8 Ten-key pad screen” (page 25).
The WD represents the distance between the vertical lines
on the left and right.
Set the WD value depending on the space between the
markings on the lens.
In accordance with the space between the markings, set the
position easily to be aligned.
Range [15.0 to 45.0 mm (in increments of 0.1 mm)]
It is also possible to set the WD just before placing
the lens on the lens table and blocking the lens.

Setting the alignment scale
The height of the horizontally-long ellipse of alignment scale can be changed by the corre-
sponding parameter.
For the setting method of parameters, see “4.1 Setting Parameters” (page 111).
Alignment scale (height): (A in the figure)
Select the alignment scale height from 0 mm, 1.0 mm, and 2.0 mm.
When 0 mm is selected, the alignment scale
becomes straight line.
