Before blocking, perform tracing or load the traced data, then enter processing conditions and
layout data.

Set the lens cup with the double-coated
adhesive pad to the cup holder.
Insert the lens cup as far as it will go
orienting the top mark downward.
When the displayed cup is a Mini cup
or a Nano cup, be sure to use the
appropriate lens cup for small diame-
ter lens processing.
Use the color lens cup appropriate to
the lens being processed as indicated
below. (for preventing mistakes in processing of right and left lenses)
CAUTION
• Before starting blocking, do not insert hands into the lens clamp.
After blocking, keep the hands away from the instrument as the lens clamp lowers
and blocking arm rotates to return to the original position. Fingers may get caught
resulting in injury.
