OPERATING PROCEDURES

Blocking
When using the half eye lens cups, use
the double-coated adhesive pad for half
eye lens cups.
When using the normal double-coated
adhesive pad, trim away the excess part
along the edge of the cup.

Place the lens on the lens table with the
convex side up. The screen changes to
the Blocking screen automatically.
1) Lift the blocking lens clamp lever
upward by hand.
2) While watching the lens projected
on the screen, position the center
of the lens at an approximate cen-
ter of the lens table.

Secure the lens with the lens clamp.
Support the lens clamp lever by hand
and slowly lower it.
If the lens clamp cannot securely hold the lens, readjust the lens position.
Should the lens be insufficiently secured, improper blocking may result.

Align the lens position.
Trim away.
