Setting Processing Conditions and Entering Layout Data

High base curve auto processing, high base curve guided processing
■
When Metal or Plastic is selected for the frame type, HC Auto or HC Guide processing can be
selected.
If Active mode is selected, the layout mode automatically changes to Passive mode.
■
Selecting HC Auto or HC Guide sets safety beveling off automatically.
Specify high base curve beveling.
Enter the value with Position: 0.0 to
12.7 mm, Height: 0.1 to 5.0 mm.
1) Press HC Auto or HC Guide.
2) Press the
button to display the
pop-up menu of the high curve bev-
eling setting.
3) Press the value next to the Position and Height button and enter the desired value using
the displayed ten-key pad. Press the
button to confirm the value.
4) Press the
button to close the pop-up menu. HC Auto or HC Guide is specified.
Setting HC Auto applies the high base curve auto beveling automatically during lens processing.
Setting HC Guide applies the high base curve guided processing automatically during lens pro-
cessing and prevent from processing with auto incorrectly.
Hi-Curve button
• According to the lens edger, high base curve auto and guided processing mode cannot be
set.
