For 4 bpp and 8 bpp a palette table is used for re-mapping of data from memory, independent of type
of panel used. For the 1 bpp, 2 bpp, 12 bpp and 16 bpp the palette table is by-passed.

19.3 LCDC Operation
19.3.1 LCD Screen Format
The number of pixels forming the screen width and screen height of the LCD panel are software
programmable. Figure 19-2 shows the relationship between the screen size and memory window.
