GTXI User's Guide

Cooling

Four fans, connected in pairs, with each pair connected to a separate
power supply. One pair, with one fan providing 56 CFM and the
other providing 40 CFM, is connected to the Main power supply.
The other pair, providing the same flow rates, is connected to the
Auxiliary power supply.

On the GT7700 and GT7710, up to 13 additional top-mounted fans
can be added to meet instrument card local cooling needs.

Slots

The GTXI-700 has total of 14 ISA slots, with 13 slots available in
bus extender mode or 10 instrument slots available with the GTPC
module in stand-alone mode. The GTPC has two internal spare ISA
slots.

The GT7700 backplane has up to 4 PCI and up to 8 ISA slots, for
11 total available slots (1 slot is shared for either ISA or PCI).

The GT7700 System Controller has up to 2 PCI and up to 2 ISA
slots, for total of 3 available slots (1 slot is shared for either ISA or
PCI). The use of system controller slots is supported as a factory
installation only.

The PCI bus is 32-bit at 33MHz with 5VDC VI/O in accordance
with the PCI Local Bus Specification Rev. 2.1 (GT7700 only).

Physical Dimensions

17.5" w, 12.0" h, 23.75" d

The average shipping weight is about 60-70 lbs., based on which
