Cycle time = number of beams x response time per beam + constant
Example: cycle time = 192 beams x 0.01 ms + 0.20 ms = 2.22 ms

In diagonal beam mode, the number of beams (n) is twice the physical number of axes minus
one (n = 2 x i - 1)
In crossed beam mode, the number of beams (n) is three times the physical number of axes
minus two (n = 3 x i - 2)
The minimum cycle time is 1 ms, i.e., the cycle time is never less than 1 ms, even with very short
light curtains with a small number of beams.
