13.4.16 Beam-stream (modules 20 … 27)
The beam-stream modules allow evaluation of the beam states of all existing individual beams. The object
transmits logical beams beginning with the configured optical cascade. One bit is transmitted for each
interrupted or uninterrupted beam.
