17. Key Panel Control
17.1
Key Panel Options
Up to 15 key panels can be added to the system in order to expand the number of buttons and controls. The
functionality is defined by the ON-AIR Designer configuration. Typical applications include communications or
matrix control.
Each 1RU 19-inch unit is designed for rack-mounting. The available options are listed below. You can install
multiple panels as long as the total number connected to the CAN Bus does not exceed 15.
TB-12 (19"/1RU)
This panel has
12 programmable buttons
(MF Keys 1 to 12). The keys are backlit with red/white/yellow/green
or off LED states. They can be labeled with self-printed foils. It also includes a:

Talkback microphone
- with swan neck, trimmer for setting the responsivity, RMS limiter, adjustable
output level via internal DIP switch.

Talkback loudspeaker
– with gain adjustment and integrated clip limiter.
KSC-T20 (19"/1RU)
This panel has
20 programmable buttons
(MF Keys 1 to 20). The keys are backlit with red/white/yellow/green
or off LED states. They can be labeled with self-printed foils.
KSC-LCD16 (19"/1RU)
This panel has
16 programmable LCD buttons
(switchable in two layers).
KSC-LCD15P1 (19"/1RU)
This panel has
15 programmable LCD buttons
(switchable in two layers), plus
1 rotary control
(not switchable
between layers).
KSC-LCD14P2 (19"/1RU)
This panel has
14 programmable LCD buttons
(switchable in two layers), plus
2 rotary controls
(not
switchable between layers).
KSC-GPIO32 (19"/1RU)
This panel provides
32 GPIO
contacts with front panel LED status indication (32 Relay outputs + 32 Opto-
coupled inputs), plus
8 VCA inputs
via a 50pin D-Sub on rear panel.
