Calibrating the force measuring bolt for supported load and axle load
Note
The individual weighing of supported load / axle load is only required if the drawbar force
measuring bolt is not calibrated.

Calibration procedure:

Weight registration menu in manual mode must be selected (see chapter "Setting weight
registration"
•
Fill the loading wagon.

Open the "Save full weight (

" menu from the start screen.

Save the displayed full weight (
).

Then drive to the weighing machine and determine the bearing load (1) (full weight) and
axle load (2) (full weight). (Note down values for bearing load and axle load).

Completely unload the loading wagon.
•
Then drive to the weighing machine and determine the bearing load (1)
(empty weight) and axle load (2) (empty weight) again. (Note down values for bearing load
and axle load).
•
Determine and note down the difference value between the bearing load (1) (full weight)
and bearing load (1) (empty weight).
•
Determine and note down the difference value between the axle load (2) (full weight) and
axle load (2) (empty weight).
