With activated automatic loader, the system automatically activates the floor conveyor.
Depending on how the machine is equipped, different modes can be set in menu “Automatic
Loader”.
Depending on how the machine is equipped, the automatic loader is controlled by sensor “B2”
on the loading flap and/or by force sensor “B15” on the end wall.
Controlling the sensors depends on the set mode in “Automatic Loader” menu.

Mode 1 (for hay)
The waiting time is displayed in the basic screen as a bar graph (1) and as a value (2). The
waiting time (2) can be increased or reduced directly on the display.
The automatic loader automatically activates the floor conveyor after the conveyor height of the
loading material is reached and the waiting time has elapsed.
The note (B) appears in the display. The note shows that the floor conveyor is running.

The limit force is displayed as a bar graph (1) and as a value (2) in the basic screen. The limit
force (2) can be increased or reduced directly on the display. The value (4) in the basic screen
shows the current force on the end wall.
The automatic loader activates the floor conveyor just before the limit force is reached. The floor
conveyor starts with a very low speed. The automatic loader adapts the floor conveyor speed to
the ratio between set limit force and continuously determined force. This ensures a constant
filling. The set waiting time is not considered.
The note (B) appears in the display. It indicates that the floor conveyor is running.

The value (4) in the basic screen shows the current force on the end wall.
The automatic loader activates the floor conveyor when the conveyor height of the loading
material is reached. The automatic loader adapts the floor conveyor speed to the ratio between
set limit force and permanently determined force or reached conveyor height. This ensures a
constant filling. The note (B) appears in the display. It indicates that the floor conveyor is
running.
