BNC2 output on the MAC III controller with the Lock-in 2 input on the
ASAB. If dC/dZ imaging is desired, the BNC2 output should also go to
the input of Lock-in 3.
Choose
Mode > KFM > FM
, then choose
Controls > AC Mode
to
open the KFM Controls window. Once the tip is engaged on the surface
of the sample and topography imaging is optimized, the KFM Controls
window can be used to optimize the KFM parameters.
