An AC trouble has been detected on a device or module.

Verify voltage measured across DC input terminals is 16-20VDC. Replace HSM65W
power adapter if required.

For the HSM2204 or HSM2300 modules, ensure a 40VA 16.5VAC transformer is
being used. Terminal voltage should be 16-17VAC. Replace transformer if required.
