The default setting is 5 seconds.

Event Download
If an event action has record mode enabled, when triggered, the associated video is logged in the event download
table where it can later be downloaded from an SD Card using the specified upload protocol.
Note:
An event action must have record mode enabled to be logged and downloaded. This is configured in
Event
Actions
under the
Events and Actions
menu.
