For transmission measurements, use the cell size recommended by your measurement specification
(such as an ASTM method), or use the general rule that smaller path lengths should be used for more
concentrated colorants.

Transmission Cells with Two Screw Tops
This option provides an optically-clear glass transmission cell with a fixed path length of 50 mm, 33
mm, 20 mm, or 10 mm that is enclosed and has two Teflon

-lined screw caps for injecting and
removing volatile liquids from the cell. Otherwise, these transmission cells are used in exactly the same
manner as those described above.
