Charging circuit

NOTE

Measure the resistance between the terminals connector 5P.

Connection: Yellow to Yellow
Value:

0,1 – 1,0

Ω

In case of the resistance of the coil is out of the
specifications, replace the stator (page 10-2).

Check the continuity between each terminal connector 5P
and the earth. There should be no continuity. In case of
continuity between some terminal of connector 5P and the
earth, replace the stator alternator (page 10-2).

Do not need to remove the coil of stator, for which this
test.

CONNECTOR 5P

DISMANTLING/Installation

Remove the side cover (page 2-2).

Release the connector 5P regulator / rectifier.

Remove the fixing bolts and the connector of the regulator /
rectifier.

The installation is performed in reverse order dismantling.

NOTE

Install wiring correctly (page 1-21).
