TRANSMISSION

CBX250

Bearing of the transmission

Turn the internal track of each bearing the finger. The
turning should rotate smooth and noise.

Also check if the track outside of each ball is firmly em-
bedded in the casing of the engine.

Replace the bearings, in case of need.

REPLACEMENT OF THE BEARINGS OF THE
TRANSMISSION

Turning of the main axle and countershaft

Remove the checkpoints of oil from the left half of
the casing of the engine.

Use the special tools to remove the bearings in
each half of the casing of the engine.
