Non-periodic TXFIFO Empty Interrupt
This interrupt will be triggered when the non-periodic TXFIFO is
not empty and there is space for writable entries in the request
queue.
Note: It can be accessed only in master mode

Global IN Non-periodic NAK Effective Interrupt
This bit indicates that SGINAK bit of OTG_HS_DCTL register is
valid; this bit can be cleared by clearing CGINAK bit of
OTG_HS_DCTL register.
The priority of STALL is higher than that of NAK bit.
Note: It can be accessed only in device mode

This bit indicates that GONAKSET bit of OTG_HS1_DCTRL
register is valid; this bit can be cleared by clearing GONALCLR
