Saving the report template
Replace an existing template
Factory templates cannot be overwritten.
1. Press File and select Save .
A dialogue window is displayed asking for confirmation.
2. Select:
• Yes to save the report template
• No to discard the report template
• Cancel to go back to the Report designer without
saving the report template.
Save existing template with a new name
1. Press File and select Save as .
The
Save template as
window is displayed.

2. Enter a name for the template.
3. Press
OK .
The template is saved.
To exit the Report designer
1. Select File and Exit .
The
Exit
window is displayed.
2. In the
Exit
window, select:
• Yes : to save the report template and exit the
application.
• No : to exit the application without saving the changes
made in the report template.
• Cancel : to return to the application.
