Maintenance Check
This section explains the daily check and periodic check items of the equipment.
About the Maintenance Check
Periodic inspection must be performed. When reusing the equipment which was
left unused for a while, always check that the equipment operates properly and
safely before use.
Following maintenance check items should be performed for this equipment. To
ensure safety, reliability, and high performance, a “Daily Check” and “Periodic
Check” must be performed. Please be aware that Fukuda Denshi is not liable of
any accidents arising from lack of daily check.
CAUTION
 Do not open the main unit housing.
 Do not allow alcohol or other liquids to enter the equipment.
● Daily Check
Perform the following daily check according to the “Daily Check List” on the next
page.
● Periodic Check
Periodic check of medical electronic equipment is mandatory to prevent failures
and accidents and to ensure safety and reliability.
Periodic check may be performed by each medical institution or by a third party
by concluding a “Maintenance Contract”.

Periodic Replacement
To ensure reliability of safety, function, and performance of this equipment, the
following components must be replaced periodically. When replacing, contact our
service representative.
