[OFF]

: Alarm limit will not be displayed.

[Numerical Value] : Alarm limit will be displayed in numeric format.
[Graph Bar]

: Alarm limit will be displayed in bar graph.

Alarm Limit Setup

The alarm for each parameter can be turned ON or OFF, and upper and lower
alarm limit can be set.

WARNING



Set the appropriate upper and lower alarm limit for each

parameter according to the monitoring condition.



If the alarm limit is not set, alarm limit will not be generated

even if the alarm is set [ON]. Pay attention not to miss any
important alarms.

1 Press the

(Menu) key, and select “Alarm Setup” > “Alarm Limit

Setup”.

The “Alarm Limit Setup” window will
be displayed.

This window can also be displayed by placing the jog dial marker on the

(Alarm Limit Setup) icon and pressing the jog dial.

2 Select ON/OFF and set the upper and lower alarm limit for the parameter

alarm.

(1) Select a parameter for setup.
(2) Select [ON] / [OFF] for the alarm.

If [OFF] is selected, alarm will be turned OFF and

(Alarm OFF) icon will

be displayed.

(3) Aligning the highlight and pressing the jog dial will change the numeric color to

yellow enabling selection of value by turning the jog dial. Press the jog dial to
finalize the setup.
