By the values defined by “OUT-TIME”, the outputs can be activated temporary limited or
unlimited.
An exception is the time value 0 and 65535 (0xFFFF) (see following table).

NOTE:
In order to reset a continuously active time, OUT-TIME = 1 has to be sent to the Reader,
which effects a change to the idle status after 100 ms.
The continuous activation is being set back after a reset or a power failure.
9.8.1. Set Output Examples
Example No. 1:
OUT1 is alternating with 4 Hz for 500 ms.
REL1 is not activated for 200 ms.
REL2 is activated for 1000ms
REL3 and REL4 are unchanged
