MODE = 0x21:
Mode 0x21 indicates whether a parameter change in the configuration was performed or
not. The information about the parameter status needs to be requested by the Host in the
sent protocol.

0x00 no changes were performed to the configuration
0x01 changes were performed to the configuration
NOTE:
Para-Change will only be set when parameters are changed without influence of the Host
application, e.g. by a configuration reset via reset push button T1 or a firmware update /
downgrade.
A configuration reset forced by a Software command will not influence the Status of Para-
Change.
Para-Change will only be reset by the command [0x6E] Reader Diagnostic Mode [0x21] with
Data = [0x01].
