Wiegand formatted protocol frame
In this configuration the Reader build the protocol frame with one even parity bit
at the beginning and one odd parity bit at the end.

EVEN:
Even parity bit calculated across the first half DATA bits.
DATA:
Data bits as read from the Transponder and defined in scan-
mode settings.
ODD:
Odd parity bit calculated across the last half DATA bits.
