The suction hose is hot.
Wear heat proof gloves!
l
Close the Peet valve (2) (Fig. 195) on the suc-
tion hose.
l
Close the shut-off tap (1) on the tanker.
l
Disconnect the suction hose.
l
Unhitch the empty tanker from the MPH and
hitch up a new tanker.
l
Connect the suction hose and use the clamp-
ing bracket to secure it against twisting.
l
Open the Peet valve (2).
l
Open the shut-off tap (1) on the tanker.

Close the shut-off valve (1) (Fig. 196) on the
bitumen tank.
l
Close the Peet valve (2) on the suction hose
by 90%.

Set the selector switch for spraying/circulation
(k) (Fig. 197) to position "Spraying".
l
Slowly open the connecting coupling to the
tank, so that the binder pump draws in air an
presses existing material out of the hose.
