Check the water quantity on the water flow
meter (Fig. 142).

Note
Constant water flow rate (even at standstill) with
rotary switch (Fig. 140) in position "I" and adjusted
rotary water flow regulator (Fig. 141).
With the rotary switch in position ”Autom.” and the
rotary water flow regulator adjusted, the water flow
rate is adapted to the travel speed.

Note
In case of a lack of water the warning light for wa-
ter injection failure/lack of water (c) in the instru-
ment cluster for machine functions (Fig. 143) lights
up and the warning buzzer sounds.
Check water supply/bleed. Clean the water filter at
regular intervals
4.18 Water dosing system

Note
In water dosing systems with 1600 litres a sepa-
rate nozzle is attached for water quantities of less
than 500 litres.
Depending on the water quantity to be dosed, the
corresponding nozzle set must be installed.

For this purpose loosen the two fastening
screws (1) (Fig. 144) on right and left hand
side.on the spray bar.

Fold the spray bar up in its guide.
l
Unscrew the nozzles, install and tighten the
nozzles taken out of the tool box with Ominfit
l
Fold the spray bar back again and tighten the
two fastening screws on the spray bar.
