6.18 Checking the oil level in
compressor and service
unit

Caution
For quality and quantity of oil refer to the "table
of fuels and lubricants".

Unscrew the oil dipstick (1) (Fig. 232) from the
compressor.
l
The oil level must always be between the
"MIN"- and "MAX"-marks, fill up oil if neces-
sary.
l
Check the oil level in the sight glass (2) of the
service unit, fill up oil if necessary.
l
If necessary drain the water from the service
unit inspection bowl (3).
6.19 Checking the thermal oil
