4.13 Work operation, setting the
cutting depth

Turn the rotary speed range selector switch
(Fig. 116) anti-clockwise to the speed range
for milling.
i Note
The various travel speeds are only reached with
the travel lever and the speed potentiometers fully
actuated.
Do not fall below a working speed of 3 m/min.
The travel speed depends on: - cutting depth, - ro-
tor speed, - type of soil, - particle size, - required
mixing ratio, - selected travel range.
If the power limit control interfers actively with the
machine operation, the machine will slow down.
Watch the water filling capacity!

Turn the rotary switch for power limit control
(Fig. 117) clockwise to position "AUTOMAT-
IC". The power limit control is switched on.

Note
The rotary switch for power limit control can nor-
mally always remain in position "AUTOMATIC".

Set the engine speed potentiometer (Fig. 118)
to position "MAX".
