You can install an optional RS-232 board in one or both of the expansion in/out (I/O) slots
provided on the gas chromatograph's (GC's) card cage in the electronics enclosure.

You can use this extra port for Modbus

®

 ASCII/RTU communications or to connect directly

to a computer installed with Rosemount MON2020.
