4. Loosen the two retainer nuts.
5. Use a flat head screw driver and remove the four TCD termination block screws.
6. The TCD thermistors are held within the TCD block by the retainer nut. To replace

the thermistor, do the following:

a) Unscrew and release the thermistor leads from the termination block.

b) Unscrew the retainer nut from the TCD block.

c) Remove the PTFE seals as well as the thermistor and its wires from the

retainer nut.

d) Remove the PTFE shields from the old thermistor wires and install on the new

thermistor wires.

e) Insert a new PTFE seal into the TCD block.
