Upgrade DynaWrite software

Any software upgrade files (with the extension

.upg

) in the

DynaWrite Backup &

Utility

folder are presented. If the software upgrade file that you want to use is in

a different folder or on another storage device, locate the file so it is displayed in
this window.

Select the name of the software upgrade file you want to use.

Select

Open

Yes

On the DynaWrite,

select the

Start transfer

button (Alt + S).

The software in the DynaWrite will be upgraded. When the software upgrade is
complete, the device will automatically restart.

On the computer,

select

Quit

from the

File

menu to exit the program.

14. Shut down the DynaWrite and computer before disconnecting the cable.

15. To verify that the software has been upgraded, check the software

version number to see that it has changed.
