Fixed Media Devices

Note

If you are replacing a drive, record the switch settings on the
old drive and set the switches on the new drive to the same
settings. In many cases, the whole drive is not a FRU. Follow
the replacement procedure for the specific option.

Removal

To remove fixed media devices from the system, use the next
procedure.
