Reseat the system module and I/O module connection.

Run the NI diagnostic to verify system operation. If a
failure reoccurs, then replace the FRU listed for that error.
Replace FRUs one at a time, running the NI diagnostic
after replacing each one to determine if the failure has been
corrected.
