Memory LED
Codes
The following LED codes represent continued power-up testing.
If an error occurs during this testing sequence, the system
hexadecimal code plus FRU and error code information appear
on the screen.
If the system enters console mode, then run the MEMORY
diagnostics and interpret the error information using:
•
The SHOW ERROR command.
•
Diagnostic information (Chapter 9).
The next table lists the LED codes. For each LED code that
appears, take the following action in the order listed.
1.
Verify that all memory modules are properly installed.
Reseat the MMBs and SIMMs if necessary.
2.
Verify that all power cables are connected correctly.
