DR073 - Resolve FC I/O Blade Voltage Alarm
This DR provides customer resolution steps for
T113
on page 313.
Problem: An FC I/O blade has detected a voltage problem that has exceeded normal operating limits.

Check the ticket details for the location of the FC I/O Blade.

Close this ticket, and monitor for recurrence.

Check whether other power-related tickets have been generated:
a. If there are other active tickets that alert of a voltage problem with library components, the
problem lies with the power supply to the library. Contact Service for assistance with a possible
Power Supply replacement.
b. If there are no other tickets alerting of voltage problems, the problem lies with the FC I/O Blade
itself. If the issue is affecting operation and is recurring, contact Service for assistance with a
possible FC I/O Blade replacement.

DR074 - Resolve Unassigned Inaccessible Tape Cartridge
This DR provides customer resolution steps for

Problem: At least one tape cartridge has been detected in a slot that is not assigned to any partition, and is
therefore not accessible by any host application.

Display the library configuration by selecting
Reports > Library Configuration
.

Make note of the location of any tape cartridges present in slots that are not assigned to a partition.

Open the main library door and manually remove these tape cartridges. If desired, import them back
into the library.

DR075 - Resolve Installation & Verification Test Warning

developing problem.
