Conveyor Components
Replacing the Drive Belts
Use this procedure to replace the auto width drive belt and manual width drive belt. This
procedure can be performed with access to the left/right of the machine in production line. This
section shows the procedure performed when the machine is not in production line.
Parts
Autowidth Timing belt
Manual width drive belt
Required Tools
– No. 3 Allen key
– No. 2 Allen key

To replace the manual width drive belt
1. Turn off all electrical power to the system. For more information, refer to the section
“ Shutting Down the System ” on page 52.
2. Loosen the screw from the wheel plate by using Allen key No. 4.

3. Push the wheel plate towards to cylinder direction in order to loosen the tension from the
timing belt.
