Manually Adjusting the Conveyor Width
The system conveyor is equipped with automatic width adjustment and adjusts to the width
specified in the SRFF when the file is opened.

You can adjust the conveyor manually as described below.
●
If you make manual adjustments, you receive a message asking whether to save the new
width to the file when the SRFF is closed.

To adjust conveyor width
1. Open the top cover of the safety enclosure.
2. Locate the conveyor adjustment wheel to the left on the front conveyor rail.

3. Turn the wheel counter-clockwise to make the rails wider. Turn the dial clockwise to make
the rails narrower.
4. Close the top cover. Press the E-Stop Reset button.

To check conveyor alignment
1. Place a panel on the conveyor section.
2. Manually slide the panel along the conveyor section.
3. Re-adjust the width of the rails if the panel does not move smoothly along the entire
conveyor.
