Use the PRISMAsync Remote Control app
Introduction
With the PRISMAsync Remote Control app you can monitor your Colorado 1630 at a distance.
Before you begin
To use the PRISMAsync Remote Control app you need a mobile device with:
• Google Android 8.0 or higher
• Apple iOS 12.5.5 or higher
• Remote connection on the printer must be enabled and working. For more information, see
Test PRISMAsync Remote Control on page 292

NOTE
You do not need a license for the PRISMAsync Remote Control app.

Procedure
1.
Make sure the System administrator has added your email address as a PRISMAsync cloud
services user for the Colorado 1630. For more information, see
.
2.
Download the PRISMAsync Remote Control app via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
onto your mobile device.
3.
Open the PRISMAsync Remote Control app on your mobile device.
4.
Log in with your Google or Microsoft account that has been registered by the System
administrator. The app opens and shows one or more printers you are connected to.
5.
Tap on the wheel icon on the bottom of the screen to configure the settings of the app.
6.
Use the app for:
•
Events
: see events and alerts, such as printing, roll empty, ink empty, all jobs finished,
maintenance tray full, replace filters, refill chiller, replace lubricators.
•
Printers
: monitor and view the status of one or multiple printers at one glance. Swipe to mute
the notifications.
•
Configuration
: configure the settings of the app.
