Your Music Player 

Your BlackBerry is more than your personal digital assistant, your email machine, and 

your address book. Today’s BlackBerrys are also very capable media players. With your 

BlackBerry, it is easy to carry your music, playlists, podcasts, and more. You can 
transfer playlists from iTunes and other media programs as well. 

Listening to Your Music 

You may be amazed at how great a music player your BlackBerry can be! 

You can even listen to free streaming Internet Radio with software like 

Slacker and Pandora (see page 375). 

With a good sized media card, the media capabilities of the BlackBerry might cause one 
to wonder, ‘‘Why do I need an iPhone or iPod? I’ve got a BlackBerry!’’
