Option #1: Use Call Logs
1.
Press the Green Phone key to see
your call logs.
2.
Highlight the call log entry (either
phone number or name) that you
want to add to speed dial and press
the Menu key.
3.
Select Add Speed Dial.
NOTE: If this person is already on speed
dial, you’ll see a Remove Speed Dial
option instead.
4.
You may be asked to confirm that
you want to add this speed dial
number with a pop-up window like
this.
5.
In the Speed Dial Numbers list, use
the trackpad and move the phone
number to any vacant slot.
6.
Once you’ve chosen the correct
speed dial key, just click the
trackpad. The number or symbol you
selected is now set as the speed dial
key for that phone number.
TIP: You may want to reserve the H key to be your Home number.
Option #2: Press and Hold a Key
Follow these steps to easily assign a key for speed dial.
1.
Press and hold any letter key from your Home screen that is not
reserved (1, A, and Q are reserved) or already assigned.
