Connect your BlackBerry to your
computer.

If you are not already in the Backup
and Restore menu, from the main
Desktop Manager screen, click the
Backup and Restore icon.

Next, click the Advanced button in the
right portion of the screen to see the
screen shown in Figure 2-41.

The left side of the screen shows a backup file from your computer. If
the left side is blank, then you will need to open up a backup file to use.
Select
File

Open
as shown in Figure 2-41.

Navigate to a specific folder and backup file to open and then click
Open.

When the file is open, you will see the left-hand window fill up with the
contents of that backup file (see Figure 2-42).
