Finding Text in an Attachment
Occasionally, you might find the need to search an attachment for a particular word,
phrase or idea. The ‘‘Find’’ features built in to attachment viewing can save you lots of
time when searching for something specific.
1.
Open up the attachment as
described above.
2.
To find text in an email
attachment, press the
trackpad and select Find or
use the shortcut key F.
3.
Type in the text to search for and
select whether you want the
search to match the case of your
search term. Finally, click the
trackpad to start the search.
TIP: To quickly find the same text again
later in the document, press the F key
again. To search for different text, click the
trackpad and select Find.
To change the way the attachment looks on the BlackBerry:
1.
Open the attachment as described above.
2.
Press the Menu key and select Options.
3.
Choose a new Font from the Font Family to change the display font of
the document.
