You can choose whether to display the time, name, message header, new message
indicator, confirm the deletion of messages, hide file and sent messages, and change
the level of PIN Messages. (Learn more about PIN Messages on page 341.)
Click on the desired change. When done, press the Menu key to save your changes and
they will be reflected in your email screen.
Email Reconciliation
Depending on the type of email accounts you have set up and your messaging services,
you may be able to wirelessly share your actions (Delete and maybe even Open actions)
between your main email inbox and your BlackBerry.

Open your Messages.
2.
Press the Menu key and
select Options.
3.
Select Email Reconciliation.
4.
On the Email Reconciliation
screen, you can select a
particular email address to
customize in the Message
Services drop-down list.
5.
Click on the email address
and select the account you
want to work with.
Delete On:

Prompt = ask you each time.

Handheld = any deletion on your
BlackBerry is not sent to your main
mailbox.

Mailbox & Handheld = deletions
are synchronized or shared
between your mailbox and your
BlackBerry.
