Working With Text
■
Click one of the words in the Suggestion list, then click Change to
replace the misspelled word with this word.
■
Click one of the words in the Suggestion list, then click Change All to
replace all instances of the misspelled word with this word.
■
Click Add to add the word to the current custom dictionary.

Repeat step 3 until AutoSketch finds no more misspellings. A prompt
appears with the message “Spell Check is Complete.”

Click OK.
To change main or custom spelling dictionaries
1
Place text in the drawing.

Press CTRL while clicking Spelling on the Tools menu, or while clicking
the Spelling button on the Standard toolbar. The Custom Dictionary
dialog box appears.

To change main dictionaries, select another dictionary from the Main
Dictionary dialog box.

(optional) To change custom dictionaries (or to create a new custom
dictionary), enter a name for the dictionary in the Current text box.
Remember to include the .CUS file extension.

(optional) To add a word to the custom dictionary, enter it in the Words
text box, then click Add.

(optional) To remove a word from the custom dictionary, select it from the
Words list, then click Delete.

Click OK.
To specify other spelling options
1
Place text in the drawing.

Press SHIFT while clicking Spelling on the Tools menu, or while clicking
the Spelling button on the Standard toolbar. The Spelling Options dialog
box appears.

(optional) To check the spelling of dimension text, check the Spell Check
Dimensions check box.

(optional) To check the spelling of database field values, check the Spell
Check Database Fields check box.

(optional) To ignore capitalized words, check the Ignore Words in Upper
Case check box.

(optional) To ignore words that include numbers, check the Ignore Words
with Numbers check box.

Click OK.
