Right-click a symbol definition, then click Send To, Current Library on the
pop-up menu.

Click Close.
To copy symbol definitions from one open drawing to another

In the Content Librarian, click the Symbol page tab.

Click the Explorer button, or click Symbol, Explore on the Draw menu.
The Content Explorer appears.

Click the Drawings page tab, then select the name of an open drawing.

Select one or more symbol definitions that you want to copy to another
open drawing.

Right-click one of the selected symbol definitions, then click Send To and
the name of a drawing on the pop-up menu or drag selected symbols and
drop them on the name of a drawing.

Click Close.
To copy symbol definitions from one library to another or to an open
drawing

In the Content Librarian, click the Symbol page tab.

The Content Explorer appears.

Click a library name, then select the symbol definitions you want to copy
to another library.

Drag the selected symbol definitions and drop them on the name of a
library or right-click one of the selected symbol definitions, then click
Send To and a filename on the pop-up menu.

Click Close.
Editing Symbol Definitions
You can edit all fields on one or more symbol definitions at a time. This
includes AutoFields that AutoSketch sets up automatically, plus any addi-
tional database fields created and assigned by you. You can change existing
values or assign them where no values existed.
The Edit Fields on Add setting automatically displays the Edit Symbol Fields
dialog box after a symbol selected from the Content Librarian is placed in a
