configuration file.

This command includes or excludes source calibration data for an optional external
generator when storing or loading a configuration file.
Parameters:
<State> ON | OFF | 1 | 0

Example: MMEM:SEL:SCD ON
Adds the source calibration data to the list of data subsets.
