24. "Smart" tab
The
Smart
tab is designed to implement the smart functions of the scanner.
Smart functions include:
·
Creating an algorithm for measuring various geometrical and statistical quantities
of the controlled profile.
·
Performing measurements in real time according to a given algorithm.
·
Processing of measurement results and automatic decision-making about their
being within acceptable limits (control of tolerances).
·
Transmitting measurement results via industrial (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP) and
simplified (UDP) network protocols.
·
Forming control actions at the physical outputs of the scanner.
To ensure the simplicity and ease of use of smart functions, the concept of a
“computation graph” (hereinafter referred to as the graph), formed by the user to solve a
specific problem, is applied. A graph is an ordered sequence of operations performed by a
scanner. This sequence is presented in the form of smart blocks and links between them.
When the structure of the graph is changed, its ordering is automatically performed (i.e.,
determining the order of performing calculations).
Restriction:
cyclic links are not allowed
in the graph.
